Our Process
 What We Expect From You
 Referral Program

We meet and interview all of our clients, before representing them to any of our employers. Career Clinic feels that we can do the best job of representing you to our employers if we have interviewed with you first.

When you call Career Clinic, we will do a 5-10 minute telephone interview with you to find out if we are able to assist you with your job search. Once we have determined that Career Clinic can assist you we ask you to either fax or email a copy of your resume to us so we can begin matching your qualifications with positions we currently have available, thus saving you valuable time when you come in to interview with us.

When you come to interview with Career Clinic we ask that you treat it like any interview. Remember we are evaluating you for the employer. Dress professionally and be prepared. Our interview process is thorough and requires that you bring copies of your resume and references along with any needed job samples. Some positions require that we test you for skill level. This will be done at the initial meeting as well.

When you come to Career Clinic you will be asked to complete a brief application that helps us with your job search. We ask that you schedule a minimum of one hour, but be prepared to stay longer. Some positions require that you interview with more than one consultant.

Once we have interviewed with you we begin to submit your resume along with an extensive cover sheet of your skills, and any other subjects discussed in the interview that may not already be covered on the resume. When an employer is ready to begin the interview process we will coordinate the interviews with the employer directly and call you to schedule them. Before we send you on an interview we will fully prepare you for what to expect. We will supply you with information on the company and their interview process. Should you have any concerns or questions prior to the interview, we are able to get answers for you. If you determine after interviewing with the company that you are not interested in the position, we will move on to a new opportunity. However, should you be interested and the employer is interested also, we will schedule all appropriate interviews, check references, and make the job offer to you direct. We find by making the offer direct we are able to assist you with any needed negotiations.

Because of our long-term, established relationships with employers we are often able to get your foot in the door to companies that otherwise wouldn’t have considered interviewing with you. We can save you valuable time in researching companies, coordinating interviews, and maintaining confidentiality in your job search. Finding a job can be time consuming and stressful, but we like to think that we are able to assist you and make the process easier for you!
