WEATHERLEY
PRESIDENT
Katy Weatherley is President of Career Clinic,
Inc. Katy has spent her entire business
career with Career Clinic, Inc., from her
initial position as receptionist to her
current role as President/Personnel Director.
Katy attended Western Washington University
and graduated with distinction from Kinman
Business University in 1983.
She has worked virtually
every industry since her career began with
Career Clinic 20 years ago. Katy has a thorough
understanding and experience handling accounts
in the administrative, financial, sales,
high tech and telecommunication industries.
She specializes in the insurance industry.
She is a member of the Insurance Professionals
of Puget Sound, AGC, MBA and National Association
of Personnel Services. She regularly attends
seminars and classes related to the human
resource industry to keep her on top of
growing trends and concerns within the industry.
She prides herself on her
commitment to her clients, high ethical
standards, industry knowledge, and passion
for her work. Katy has developed an extensive
book of business and established a loyal
network of confidential clients. This is
a direct result of her excellent reputation
in the industry.
Katy shares her life with
her husband Lonnie, and their daughter Hayley.
In her spare time you’ll find her
out enjoying her family, fishing, camping,
shopping, laughing or attending a Mariner’s
game.
MARCY
VETMA
Vice President of Recruitment
Marcy has always been excited and energized
by the challenge of making a successful
match between employer and employee.
She takes pride in Career Clinic’s
thorough operating processes and finds
these efforts justified due to the company’s
successful placement record.
She didn’t begin her career as
a recruiter but in the field of education
where she has a Bachelor’s in
Liberal Studies and boasts highly of
her admission into the “world
famous” Western Washington University
Teacher Certification Program. With
a passion for staffing, it became her
ambition to seek a profession where
she could promote opportunity, truth,
integrity, and open communication.
For the last four years, Marcy has
specialized in the placement of Construction,
Construction Management, and Engineering
Professionals. She is a member of the
AGC (Associated General Contractors)
and MBA (Master Builders Association)
as well as attends industry workshops
and seminars. Looking to pair her attention
to detail and organizational strengths,
this has been an area she’s met
with success. She also enjoys working
Accounting/Finance, Administrative,
and Banking Operations positions.
Marcy subscribes to a healthy, active,
lifestyle. Her hobbies include turbo-kickboxing,
swimming, hiking, reading, and spending
time with family and friends.
Chris's
Fine
Vice President of Personnel
Chris's Fine joined the Career Clinic
in 1999, and after a short hiatus she
returned to continue her work in the area
of career counseling in the fields of
Insurance and Administration.
She brings her background,
interest and talent in interpersonal relations
to the forefront as she works with Career
Clinic’s various candidates. Chris
believes that to work in an area of high
interest allows an individual to grow
and be expressive in a manner that creates
happiness, harmony and balance in the
life being lived. In putting together
an employer and employee, she brings this
belief into play, always working towards
creating a match that is productive and
enjoyable to all.
Along with her interest
in people, she has worked in many and
varied fields throughout her life, to
mention only a few; senior administrative
director, personnel enhancement director,
counselor, private investigator, and insurance
examiner. Having such a broad range of
experience in various fields allows her
to relate on a wide scale to the diverse
clientele enjoyed by Career Clinic for
over 25 years.
In her free time, Chris's
can be found enjoying music, movies, traveling
(she has lived in England, France, and
Denmark), writing/editing, swimming, singing,
laughing, dancing, cooking for friends
and enjoying the natural ambiance the
Puget Sound has to offer.
