Must be professional with a proven track record of success. Requires a MINIMUM of 5 years experience working for a public accounting firm, 7+ years of solid federal tax accounting/auditing experience, CPA license, BA/Masters in Accounting/Taxation strongly preferred, previous supervisory experience a must, experience in High-Net-Worth, Not-For-Profit preferred.
