The University of Queensland has three campuses that offer students a world-class learning and research environment, with state-of-the-art facilities, beautiful surroundings, and a range of amenities to support student life. There are three primary campuses at UQ, and each has special amenities and features.

St Lucia Campus: The St Lucia Campus is the largest and most well-known campus, and it is only around 7 kilometers from Brisbane's center. The 114 hectares of beautifully maintained grounds at the St. Lucia Campus is home to sandstone buildings, lakes, and plants and offers courses of technology; modern lecture halls, labs, and research facilities are all located on the site. Gatton Campus: The Gatton Campus is a specialized campus with a focus on agricultural, veterinary science, and agribusiness. It is situated 87 kilometers west of Brisbane. The Gatton Campus, which is situated on 1068 hectares of farmland, has numerous research facilities, including the Queensland Animal Science Precinct, agriculture, animals, veterinary science and the environment which has the most advanced labs and animal facilities. Herston Campus: The Herston Campus, located just 3km from Brisbane's city center, is a specialist campus focused on health and medical research. The Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, one of Australia's biggest and most prestigious hospitals, is also located on the Herston Campus.
