The University of Valencia is one of the oldest surviving universities in Spain, and the oldest in the Valencian Community. It is regarded as one of Spain's leading academic institutions. Campus Life

The University of Valencia offers more than 180 groups, clubs and organizations, including clubs for movie, book, art and animal lovers, career interest groups, student government and Valencia Volunteers. They also offer intramural sports and campus fitness centers for aspiring athletes and those who just want to stay in shape. Student Organizations: Student associations involved in various ‘FORTHEM’ Missions. Student organization of short mobility programs for scholars. Student organizations develop a short mobility program devoted to scholars from 7 universities similar to thematic shops, pupil conferences, dispersion events, and summer seminars.

Libraries & Study Spaces: The University of Valencia Libraries makes 3 group work rooms available to users. The capacity of the rooms is up to 8 people and their use will be primarily for group work and virtual tutoring or videoconferencing. The Study rooms are equipped with a 65-inch monitor. Rooms must be reserved in advance through the Affluence system.

Academic Support: The Student Service is attached to the Central Administrative and Economic Services of the University of Valencia and constitutes a centralized operation and premonitory structure that, functionally dependent on the Office of the Vice-Rector for inquiries, carries out an operation that includes the set of conditioning and procedures related to scholars throughout their Academic life.

Sports and Fitness Facilities: The Sports Service organizes and coordinates the physical and sports activities carried out at the University of Valencia. Their task is primarily addressed to members of the university community although all citizens can participate in many activities by paying the prescribed fee. Cultural Events: One of the principal cultural concerns of the University of Valencia is the study, cataloging and dissemination of the university’s patrimonial collections. To fulfill the objectives, the University of Valencia Department of Culture organizes activities through the Music, Drama, Cinema and Poetry cultural workshops, the Debate Club, Lluís Vives and Rector Peset Halls of Residence, the Botanic Garden, the Heritage Department, International University of Gandia, and the University of Valencia General Foundation, especially through the Trust for Musical Activities and the Martínez Guerricabeitia Foundation.

Student Service: The University of Valencia has a student Council AGE -It is the Highest Representative body of the students at the University of Valencia, It consists of the Delegation of Faculty and Students, elected by the member of the Assembly of Representatives of the Faculty and Students,

Halls of Residence are University of Valencia centers that provide accommodation, preferably for members of the university community, and that promote human, cultural and scientific training for its residents.
