A Huge Number of Chevening Scholarship Applications has been Announced in 2023

Approximately 69,000 international students from 163 countries have applied for the UK's Chevening Scholarship scheme in 2023. It shows a slight decline in the number of applicants from the year 2022 where the university received around 70,000 applications for the scholarship. Around 1,500 students will successfully receive a fully funded master's scholarship from the government to study in the UK. The selected applicants will also access the Chevening network of international scholars and alumni.

The selected Chevening candidates come from different nationalities and cultures, to demonstrate their passion, skills and vision, essential to shaping a better future globally.

Being selected for such an amazing scholarship offers students fully-funded tuition fees to access world-class education in UK universities. At the end of the scholarship, international students will get a chance to join a diverse community of more than 55,000 global alumni.

International students are required to submit their academic transcripts, references and an offer letter from a university in the UK.
