Study in the UK: The University of Sheffield offers 125 PG Merit Scholarships.
An esteemed educational institution in the United Kingdom, University of Sheffield is offering 125 Postgraduate merit scholarships to international students in 2024. Each scholarship will award £5,000 that covers the tuition fee of a postgraduate program.

Eligibility Criteria to Apply for Scholarships
- The students' educational program at the University of Sheffield must be started in September 2024. Also, students must have their offer letter for a full-time PG course.
- University of Sheffield. The program can be split between the University of Sheffield and Sheffield.
- Partner institutions are not eligible for the scholarships.
- The Crossways courses and Erasmus Mundus courses are not eligible for the provided merit scholarships.
- Students who have applied for a distance learning course are also not eligible for these scholarships.
- For the purposes of tuition fees, the students must be self-funded and required to pay their overseas tuition fees.
- The candidate should not be a sponsored student.
Selection Criteria for the PG Merit Scholarship
The senior members of the university staff will choose the strongest applications. The section criteria include:
- The candidates have to give some examples of their achievements to represent their excellence and initiative in studies, extracurricular activities or professional areas.
- The candidate also has to show how their achievements relate to their PG program and are connected with their future ambitions.
- The student must have a strong academic profile in previous studies.
